Current Supplements: Mu spplements vary on a monthly basis but my regulars are; N-large2, creatine, Pro vitals, L-glutamine and vyo gain protein bars.
Current Training Routine I work shifts so the time and days i train vary on a weekly basis but i usually group my bodyparts as follows:
  • 1) Chest + biceps + abs
  • 2) Shoulders + triceps
  • 3) Quads + hams + calves
  • 4) Back + abs
  • Favourite Body Parts to train: Chest and Shoulders are my favourites.
    Weakest Body Part: Without sounding too negative, I consider all my bodyparts to be weak at the moment.
    Best Bodypart: Like i said, I dont consider any of my bodyparts to be good at the moment but people seem to comment on my shoulders and quads alot.
    Off Season/Competition Weight: Well before 'the stars of tomorrow' I was 17st 9lbs before i started dieting and was 14st 2 lbs on the day.
    What got you started in bodybuilding? I grew up with bodybuilding, both my older brothers trained so there was always a copy of 'flex' ying around at home and an Arnold film on T.V.! At first athletics was my main interest, and I wanted to be the next Linford Christie rather than the next Mr O. but after 4 or 5 years sprinting i then turned to bodybuilding. It felt very natural to start bodybuilding and with 'unique bodies' gym just down the road fom my family home it was also easy to start training regularly.
    Competition History: First timers 'Stars of tomorrow' 2000. 4th place.
    Bodybuilding Plans for the future: I've had a back injury and a few health problems since 2000 so thats stopped me competing again, but i hope to to start planning and bulking up for another show very soon. I'm dying to get on stage again and stut my stuff!!!
    Bodybuilding Ambitions: My ambition used to be to become the next Mr. Olympia!! All I want now is to build the very best physique I can and show everybody at a British Championship.
    Favourite Bodybuilder: Arnold will always be the man to me, but my favourite modern bodybuilders are Lee Priest and Kevin Levrone.
    Interests outside Bodybuilding: Too busy eating and training to do anything else!!
    What else do you do to relax? I find training relaxes me mentally and I sleep alot, and I mean ALOT to relax physically!!
    Music: Reggae, soul and metal.
    Quality most attracted to in a person: Honesty
    Future Ambitions: Be healthy be happy and have a set of 25 inch guns!!
