| Questions and Answers Session |
| Q1: |
What got you started in
Bodybuilding in the first place and did you have any aspirations
of competing? |
| |
The reason I started Bodybuilding
was purely to lose weight. I was quite fat when I was
younger, and one of my uncles suggested I got to the gym
and do some circuit training with him. I didn't have any
ideas of competing at the time. |
| Q2: |
What is your current basic
training philosophy and how does this differ from previous
training strategies? |
| |
Heavy, Intense, Brief workouts
in my training philosophy at the moment with tight form.
As opposed to long chatty terrible for workouts!! |

competing? |
| |
13 years |

What's a typical off-season weight and contest weight
for you?
|

Apart from the odd spliff

I'd like to become a judge
or maybe promote Bodybuilding in some way, hold my own
show or something along those lines. |
| Q15: |
Do you do any personal training or have you helped
others to prepare for shows?
|
| |
I do some personal training,
but normally with experienced trainers, who usually just
need that bit of extra help towards competitions,
or are stuck in a rut |
| Q16: |

with partner or train alone? |
| |
Definitely with a partner,
especially if they're as hungry and committed as you are,
fortunately for me I've got a training partner like that. |
