give to Up and Coming Bodybuilders? |
:Be patient, you can’t build
a physique overnight, it takes years of dedication. Take
heed to advice offered, never think you know everything,
body building is a science. There are no quick fixes,
just sweat. In bodybuilding, training is 100% and nutrition
is 100% if there’s more of one than the other, something’s
wrong. |

Stick with it, no bodybuilder was born with a trophy-winning
physique, it doesn’t come easy, but the results are
worth it. Be consistent!!
